The Same Technician, Every Visit

Most companies send whoever is free. We send the same technician because the one who treated your kitchen in March is the one who notices what changed by June.

Someone who knows the property

Your technician learns its history and what it takes to keep it protected.

A US-based team that answers

Call during business hours and a person picks up.

Treatment aimed at the source

Integrated Pest Management means we go after the source, not just the ones you can see.

How We BAN Pests From Your Property

Pests usually don't start where you can see them. Your technician services your entire property to eliminate pests at the source.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about pest control in the Bay Area, answered before you book your first service.

We work across the San Francisco Bay and East Bay Area from seven locations: San Jose, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Livermore, Concord, San Rafael, and Santa Cruz. If your city is not on that list it is still worth asking, because our service radius reaches well past each office. Check the Service Areas page or call (650) 910-1561 and we will tell you in under a minute.

Our technicians handle the pests Bay Area properties actually get: ants, cockroaches, rodents (rats and mice), spiders, mosquitoes, bed bugs, fleas, silverfish, termites, carpet beetles, and moths. Wasps, yellowjackets, and hornets too. What we do not do is bee removal, so if you have honeybees we will point you toward someone who relocates them rather than treat them.

When something turns urgent, a cockroach sighting before guests arrive or a wasp nest by the front door, call us and we will move. We respond to every call right away and can often treat the same day, typically within 24 hours. Our hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, closed Sunday, so a call that comes in overnight gets our first slot the next morning.

Fair question, and the honest answer has two parts. We use Integrated Pest Management, which means we go after the source and apply only what is needed, where it is needed, rather than treating every surface in the house. Everything we apply is an EPA-registered product, applied by a licensed technician following the product label. Before your technician leaves, they will walk you through which areas were treated and when everyone can return to them. That window comes from the product label rather than from us, and it gives the treatment time to settle and do its work.

For the outside work, no. Most exterior treatments happen whether you are there or not, and your technician leaves a note about what was done. Interior work is different: you or someone you trust needs to let us in. Since you get the same technician every visit, that part tends to get easier over time, because they learn your property and your routine instead of starting fresh each visit.

It depends on the pest, the size of your property, and whether you want a one-time visit or an ongoing plan, so we are not going to pretend there is a single number. What we will do is give you a free, no-pressure quote before any work starts. Most homes do best on a quarterly plan, and the Pricing page sets out what each option covers so you can compare before anyone comes out.

Start with what you are dealing with. A single wasp nest or a one-off ant trail can be a one-time treatment and done. Ongoing pressure is a different problem: rodents working in from a greenbelt, or ants that come back every spring, need a quarterly rhythm to stay ahead of. Some pests also take a series of visits to fully control, so in those cases a plan is not an upsell, it is what the job actually requires.

Our satisfaction guarantee is simple: if pests come back between visits on your recurring plan, we come back at no charge. No trip fee, no argument, and no waiting for the next scheduled visit. If you are ever not satisfied with a treatment, tell your technician or call the office and we will make it right.
