Why we started

A local option that picks up the phone

Pest control is a service business before it is a technical one, so the part that decides whether it works is whether anyone is paying attention to your property.

We built Banner Pest Services in 2022 so Bay Area homes and businesses would have a local, responsive option for keeping a property protected. That is the whole reason the company exists, and it still decides how we run.

Our top priority is the relationship with the customer. Everything else follows from it. You get the same dedicated technician every visit, someone who learns your property and its history rather than a different face each time. You get a customer service team based in the United States that answers during business hours and can see your account while you are talking. And you get work we are willing to stand behind in writing.

Seven offices now cover the Bay, from San Rafael down to Santa Cruz. That spread is what lets us get to you quickly, and it is why the person who knows your property is usually the one available to come back.

The same technician every visit

Pest work compounds with familiarity. Your technician remembers where the ants came in last spring and which side of the building the rodents work, so each visit builds on the last instead of starting from scratch.

A US-based team that answers

Our customer service team sits in the United States and picks up during business hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM. You reach someone who can see your account and book the visit on the same call.

Integrated Pest Management

We use Integrated Pest Management, which means we go after the source of the problem and not just what you happen to be seeing. We apply only what is needed, where it is needed, using EPA-registered products applied by a licensed technician following the product label.

Free estimates, quick response

Estimates are free and there is no pressure attached to one. Because the offices are spread across the Bay rather than run from one depot, we can usually get to you the same day, typically within twenty four hours.

A guarantee stated plainly

If pests come back between visits on your recurring plan, we come back at no charge. Some pests take a series of visits to fully control, and results depend on the treatment plus your prep, so we would rather say that upfront than promise a date we cannot hold.

Residential and commercial, same standard

We work in single family homes, apartment buildings, offices and facilities across the Bay. The plan changes with the property, the reporting changes for property managers, but the technician relationship and the guarantee do not.
