Payment Policy
Payment is due as outlined when you schedule your service. Unless stated otherwise, payment must be completed prior to or at the time of service. Promotional offers must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of your appointment. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
